Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories of products:
  • Dog Coats, Packs & PFDs
  • Dog Packs & Accessories
All other products in our menu are eligible for returns or exchanges within the 15-day window.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information in your email (you can use the template provided below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

To make the process easier, please use the following template when contacting us:

Refunds

Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), this may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time. For PayPal payments, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account immediately upon our processing.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method instead.
