Shipping Information
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Important Policy Details:
- We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s)
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Dog Coats, Packs & PFDs
- Dog Packs & Accessories
All other products in our store are eligible for returns or exchanges within the 15-day window.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your full name and phone number
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- PayPal: Processed to your PayPal account immediately upon our processing
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method instead.
