Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Limitations

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our Site are delivered by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

• Dog Coats, Packs & PFDs
• Dog Packs & Accessories

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number, product name(s), reason for return/exchange, and your full name and phone number
3. Wait for approval and instructions from our team
4. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
5. Ship to the address provided in your instructions

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Processed to your PayPal account immediately upon our processing

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method instead.
